GreenCast Slow Epoxy Resin is:
Bio-based, UV stable suitable for thick castings.
Uses and Applications:
River tables, clear epoxy sculptures and encapsulations. Wood and resin combination furniture like chopping/serving boards, pen blanks and knife handles.
It is because of the extremely low reactivity rate of the epoxy resin that one can make very deep castings in a single pour.

Appearance & Suitability:
SR GreenCast Slow 160 / SD7160 has a light blue appearance.
To create translucent, opaque and luminous effects one can use epoxy pigments to colour one’s project. GreenCast Slow Epoxy Resin is a casting resin, not a coating resin. The open surface typically needs to be flatted and polished to achieve a perfectly flat, glossy finish.
To achieve a high gloss, flat finish coat the open surface of your item with Surf Clear Evo
This product will resist yellowing and will be water resistant if your item is not exposed permanently outdoors. To improve the UV protection, overcoat your item with a protective urethane paint like a UV resistant wax polish.

GreenCast Slow Epoxy Resin kit contains a bottle of resin and a bottle of hardener which are mixed together at 100:42 parts by weight or 2- parts resin to 1-part hardener by volume.
Coverage: 885 millilitres per 1kg with 1 liter covering 1 square meter to 1mm of thickness
