• Crafty Arts Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue
• The virtual gift voucher can be used for online purchases at www.craftyarts.co.za (by using the coupon code provided) or can be exchanged (or used) in-store for physical Gift Vouchers.
• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• If your Gift Voucher value is insufficient for a purchase, you may make up the difference by paying via one of our other payment methods.
• After Crafty Arts has delivered the Gift Voucher to you or to the email address provided by you, Crafty Arts will not be responsible for any harm due to the loss, unauthorised use or unauthorised distribution of a Gift Voucher.
