La Pinta – Artesania Latina

The caravel La Pinta was launched in the shipyard of Palos de la Frontera (southwest of Spain). It took part together with the Santa Maria and La Nina in Columbus’ first journey to the New World. Of the three ships, La Pinta was the fastest.
