Derwent Inktense Individual Pencils are water-soluble and can be used as a normal colouring pencil (dry) or add a little water and the colour becomes ink. Colour is fixed once dry so you may add layers on top of it. They are permanent and easy to use. Derwent Inktense pencils are great to use on fabrics such as silk and cotton.
