Winsor & Newton Dammar Varnish is a pale yellow final varnish for oil colour to protect your finished work from dirt, grease and dust.

• It dries quickly to a high-gloss finish that darkens with age, giving a traditional look that’s often used on prints and maps.
• For use on oil and alkyd paintings.
• Use Winsor & Newton Dammar Varnish on oil paintings that are completely dry, in warm and dry conditions only once the painting is completely dry (6-12 months).
• Removable with Distilled Turpentine.
• Do not use as a medium.
