Daler Rowney Damar Varnish is a removable picture varnish. It’s used to improve adhesion when fresh oil colour is applied to a dry painting.

• When applied thinly Damar Varnish will give a low gloss finish.
• It dries hard and clear within a few hours.
• It can be removed with Turpentine or White Spirit and is recommended to use as a temporary varnish for exhibition purposes.
