Dala Canvas Primer 500ml is a 100% Acrylic primer for canvas, canvas or wooden panels. Apply with a paintbrush or roller. It dries to a smooth, matt finish. It is a creamy, white medium with a lot of “tooth” that is used to coat canvases before applying paint. It can be sanded to create a smoother ground, this is done to improve the paints adhesion to the substrate.

Dilute the primer with water or glaze medium.

Canvas primer has a high latex content making it more suitable for oil paint applications.
