Cocoa Butter Fragrance Oil

Cocoa butter fragrance oil has a strong chocolate scent in its pure state. Citrusy or fruity aromas work best to enhance the fragrance of the cocoa butter. Lemon-, orange- and berry-scented oils are recommended. Cocoa Butter Fragrance Oil is a warm and fuzzy scent made from freshly processed cocoa butter. It has a sweet and delightful scent with prominent notes of vanilla, amber, olive wood, and musk, and hints of light spices, jasmine, and coconut-like fragrances.

How much fragrance oil do I use?

Add between 2 -7% fragrance oil of the total weight of the wax you have melted down.

The larger the percentage the stronger the smell

Dosage Levels in Various Applications

Candles: use up to a maximum of 7%

“Leave On” applications, e.g. body lotions and soy massage candles: use 0.5%

“Wash Off” applications, e.g. shampoo: use 0.5 – 2%

This fragrance is skin safe at the correct dosage levels.
