Hide Glue is used as a size, an adhesive or for making traditional Gesso

Directions:

  • Dissolve in warm water – mixing 1 part glue powder to 5 parts water
  • Add more water if the glue is too thick for your requirements
  • Use a double boiler to warm gelled glue
  • DO NOT BOIL
  • Apply while still warm. Unused glue to be discarded
