Guinea Fowl Jasper Small Tumbled Stones
Jasper is an aggregate of microgranular quartz and/or chalcedony and other mineral phases. It is an opaque, impure variety of silica (SiO2).
Unlike agate, jasper is opaque and light does not shine through it.
These stones have been fully tumbled to develop a smooth polished finish.
Description of Guinea Fowl Jasper
These are an interesting form of Jasper that is grey to very dark grey with distinct white speckles resembling the feathers of the Guineafowl bird.
Stone Size
Size Small 2: Roundish stones 10-20mm with average length about 15mm.
Small stones are ideal for use in resin art.
