We offer FREE delivery on Crafty Arts online purchases over R2000.



We offer a nationwide door-to-door delivery service for each and every order from Crafty Arts. These orders are delivered by Fastway Couriers.
Please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours and note that Fastway Couriers will not deliver to PO Box numbers/addresses.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
 

Shipping time and cost

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 day of payment receipt, provided there aren’t any stock shortages or other unexpected delays. Should there be any delays with your order, you will be notified via email or phone call.
Please note: Delivery times go into effect the business day after the order is placed. Delivery times may take up to 7 working days depending on where you delivery address is situated in the country.

Delivery charges will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.

Tracking

 Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be provided with your tracking information via email. You can click the link provided to follow your tracking number directly on Fastway Couriers website. If you are experiencing any complications or delays with your delivery, please feel free to contact us and we will investigate the situation with the couriers.


Product Availability

Crafty Arts has a physical store as well as an online store therefore we are not able to guarantee that the product you order will be in stock with either ourselves or with our suppliers at time of order.

Should stock be available at our store, we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day provided payment reflects in our bank account or proof of payment has been received. Should the product not be in stock we will contact you via email or phone call to give you an estimated time of arrival.

Should we not have stock of the items you requested Crafty Arts will offer you a choice of either placing the product(s) on back order (price is subject to change and exchange rate fluctuations), product substitutions, a credit on your account or a refund.
In the case of a refund on an EFT payment, funds may only reflect in your account a day or two following the actual refund – this is beyond our control.
Where you agree to have your products placed on back order you are hereby informed that the date the goods are expected to arrive as well as the price are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Should the price change, Crafty Arts will inform you and you will have the choice to either pay in the difference, elect a credit on your account or a refund.


Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflects in our bank account.
Payments made via EFT may take 1-3 business days to reflect, depending on the bank you’re banking with, we do check payments on daily basis. Should you wish to speed up the process you may forward your proof of payment to info2@craftyarts.co.za.


Changes and ammendments

Yes, Crafty Arts can gladly amend orders that have not yet been dispatched. We can cancel an item, increase quantity, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been dispatched. Please contact us on info2@craftyarts.co.za and we will happily assist you.
